Deleting your account is permanent. Once it's gone, your profile, coin balance, saved works, and membership benefits can't be recovered.
How to request deletion
Account deletion is handled here on our website, by our support team. Deletion cannot be started from inside the app — this keeps every request verified by a real person, so nobody can wipe your account without your say-so.

What to include in your email
- Your User ID, if you still have the app installed. You'll find it on the Profile screen at the top, right under your avatar.
- The store account email you used for any purchases, if you ever bought coins or a membership. This helps us match the right account.
- A short line confirming that you want the account and its data permanently deleted.
Quick security tip: never send passwords, credit card details, or personal photos over email. We will never ask you for any of those.
What happens next
- We reply to confirm we've received your request, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
- To protect your account, we may ask you one quick question to verify it really belongs to you.
- Once verified, your account and data are deleted within 30 days, and we'll email you when it's done.
What actually gets deleted?
- Your account profile: Your user identifier, any remaining coin balance, and your membership status.
- Your photos, videos & swap tasks: Media files you uploaded and any temporary processing records on our servers will be permanently cleared out.
- Local data on your phone: Uninstalling the app removes the login details and cached settings stored on your device.
A couple of important things to keep in mind
Got an active Google Play subscription? Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel subscriptions or trigger a refund. Google handles all billing directly, so remember to cancel any active plan in your Google Play Store settings so you aren't charged on your next cycle.
Records required by law: A few basic transaction, fraud-prevention, or tax records may need to be retained for the minimum period required by applicable regulations. Everything else is cleared.
